Starting in Fall 2024 Groupe IGS becomes Groupe IGENSIA Education
As its 50th anniversary draws near, Groupe IGS unveils its new brand identidy and, starting in fall 2024, will become Groupe IGENSIA Education.
This evolution marks the Group’s progress towards a new stage of its development, enriched by its 50 years of experience in education and its reaffirmed vocation to combine individual talents to succeed together.
The name IGENSIA reflects our identity and carries our ambition: the “I” symbolizes Intelligence as well as the Individual; the idea of GEN, from the Greek “genos”, means generation, birth, origin; and the “A” stands for the Alliance of differences and symbolizes our openness to others and to the world.

Today’s world is experiencing a transformation unlike anything ever seen before, and students are intent on pursuing new career, personal, and social goals. Rules governing the economy are being rewritten; accepted practices and attitudes are being called into question; strategies for reducing environmental impact have become a priority; and, as a result, companies need new talent who will be able to help them successfully adapt and grow in this new context.
In light of these changes, Groupe IGS believes it can act as the bridge between worlds that must move forward together. Bridging the gap between the world of work and the world of education will help bring society and business closer together and produce new generations who are capable of understanding and supporting these critical transitions.
