Annual Enrollment – Fall Start
- Deposit: Due when Enrollment Agreement signed, before 31 July.
- First installment: 34% of remaining fees + any additional fees. Due 15 October.
- Second installment: 34% of remaining fees + any additional fees. Due 15 December.
- Third installment: 34% of remaining fees + any additional fees.. Due 15 March.

A variety of funding options
Most students finance their studies through a combination of different methods:
- Paid internships: all internships in France longer than two months are required to be paid by law.
- Part-time work during the year: all international students who hold a residence permit are entitled to work up to 20 hours per week.
- Student loan: American Business College Paris is part of the IGS Group, which has negotiated preferential rates with banks such as BNP Paribas, Caisse d’Epargne and Société Générale.
- USA Department of Veteran’s Affairs GI Bill: American Business College Paris is an approved educational institute with the GI Bill. Veterans and their dependents who are eligible for GI Bill benefits can use this to study at the school in any of our programs. We encourage you to reach out to the team directly if you need further information.
For the 2025 – 2026 academic year, we do not offer scholarships
The American Business College Paris is not a certified school under USA Department of Education’s Federal Student Aid Program for disbursement of loan funds through the Federal Student Loan Program. However, students attending the school in any of our full-time degree programs are eligible for In-School Deferment of previous federal loans received.

Living Expenses will vary depending on your lifestyle and needs. As anywhere else, the cost of living is higher in the capital than in other parts of the country. The estimated monthly costs for a single person living in Paris are 1,060€, excluding rent. International students can estimate that for a year of study they will spend about 15 000€ to 20 000€, not including their tuition fees. In late May 2025, 1€ = $1.15.
