Students Join the START STRONG Masterclass
At the beginning of a semester, students often have plenty of goals, but knowing where to start can be the hardest part. On 23 September, ABC Paris welcomed expert coach Sarah DE CASTRO for START STRONG, an interactive masterclass designed to help students turn their motivation into a plan.
During their lunch break, ABC Paris and visiting students came together to reflect on what they wanted to achieve and how to take their first steps. The aim was for each participant to leave with one clear intention, a practical planning tool and one concrete next step.
The session gave students time to step back from their routines and think about their priorities for the months ahead. Rather than trying to tackle everything at once, they were invited to focus on a starting point and consider how to make progress.
Organised by the Corporate Relations & Career Services team, the masterclass was open to all ABC Paris and visiting students. It was an opportunity to come together early in the semester, share ideas and begin putting their plans into action.
